Description

The LVS44 is the long-range head in Garmin’s LiveScope™ 2 range. It runs 600 kHz to 1,050 kHz and reaches 76 m (250 ft) down and forward, so you can hold a school at distance and follow your lure all the way back to the boat rather than only seeing what is underneath you.

The big change with LiveScope™ 2 is what is missing. There is no GLS 10 black box to find room for behind the dash, because the sonar module is built into the transducer head. One transducer, one cable, far less rigging.

If you fish shallow and want the absolute finest detail at close range, the LVS42HD is the other option. For most Sunshine Coast boats chasing reef and offshore work, the LVS44 is the one.

At Sunshine Coast Marine Electrical Doctor we supply and install full Garmin systems out of Coolum Beach. We will match the transducer to your display, mount it properly and set it up on the water, so the picture you get is the picture Garmin intended.
