LiveScope™ 2 drops the black box. The sonar module now lives inside the transducer head, so this bundle is one transducer, one cable and one pole — there is no GLS 10 to find space for behind the dash.
The LVS44 transducer runs 600 kHz to 1,050 kHz and reaches 76 m (250 ft) down and forward. That is the one to have if you want to hold a school at distance and follow your lure all the way back, rather than only seeing what sits under the boat.
The ECHOMAP Ultra 2 165sv gives you a 16in sunlight-readable full-HD touchscreen with Garmin Navionics+™ charts for Australia and New Zealand preloaded. Its GT56UHD-TM transducer comes in the box, so you get Ultra High-Definition ClearVü™ and SideVü™ running alongside the live sonar.
The whole lot mounts on the GFAB Gen 2 HD pole — Australian made, 40mm powder coated aluminium, with an acetal collar on a self-lubricating anti-friction ring so it keeps turning smoothly after a season in the salt. A RAM-D medium arm and two D balls fix it to your gunnel and let you swing the transducer where you need it.
